I came across a beautiful explanation given by a Swamiji on Namaskar to a foreign audience. I thought I should share…It simply means:
I honor the place in you
In which the entire Universe dwells
That place of Love and Light
And of Truth and of Peace
When you are in that place in you
And I am in that place in me
We are One.
